As we all know by now, a lawsuit between Kanye West and Ricky Spicer of the Ponderosa Twins Plus One has been made public. The singer’s voice was used immensely on Yeezus’ single, “Bound 2.” After seeing the success of the album, Spicer filed a lawsuit against Kanye and his label claiming that the use of the song hadn’t been authorized for proper compensation.
However, it looks like the suit has finally been settled out of court.
No word on how much the settlement was, but we all know it was a hefty sum of cash. Either way, listen to both Spicer’s version and Kanye’s “Bound 2″ at the bottom and let me know what you think.
