Lupe Fiasco hit his vault to release a music video for “Just Might Be O.K.” from his debut album Food & Liquor
With the current rise in recognition of the rampant social injustices happening in America, Lupe Fiasco decided to drop a music video to what I feel is one of the best cuts from my favorite Hip-Hop album ever: “Just Might Be O.K.” from Lupe Fiasco’s Food & Liquor. And even though it’s a decade old, this song couldn’t be more relevant to what’s currently happening right now. Amidst daily life and protesting, the Chris & Blaq directed video, highlights the hardworking and important people throughout communities that usually get overlooked or portrayed in a negative light.
