The other… well, the other one is more from the mold of those guys in the movie Half Baked. In Las Vegas native ChiefDVB’s new video for, “Drugz” the latter of the group takes center stage.
Set to the backdrop of everyday Las Vegas, the video follows Chief riding around his neighborhood on a bike, seeking out the magic man who has the stuff he needs. In doing so, Chief soundtracks the journey to pristine production and his ever-growing lyricism, while never overshadowing the overall essence of the visual. With his journey culminating in a meeting with the neighborhood weedman — played by groupmate Wave MMLZ — the visual for, “Drugz” plays perfectly to both the title, and the content of the record.
