Announcing his third album Dirty Sprite 2, Future fans (including myself) were very hopeful for high first week sales on the highly acclaimed project — I even predicted 300K units in the first week. Well, it seems like my predictions were WAY off.
Hits Daily Double predicts that the album will move anywhere from 70,000 to 75,000 copies in week one, which is almost 20,000 more than Honest and 30,000 more than Pluto. Oh well, always next time Future.
UPDATE: While HDD first reported that DS2 would move 75k unit, they’ve now raised their prediction to 125-135k in sales. Now, that’s more like it.
