Tennessee has something brewing, and Brown is apart of the concoction. I first was introduced to him almost a year ago at a Two9 show in Nashville, TN. I am not sure why that was the first time ever hearing from him, because he is definitely one of the heavy-hitters in our area. To be honest, I cannot stand watching a hip hop artist live if I have previously never listened to their music. Half the time I cannot understand what he/she is saying, and the experience is simply underwhelming. Brown changed my mind on that. He is a performer, and he knows it. He actually spit his lyrics and acted as if he wanted to entertain us, not simply have a good time on stage with his homies. After hearing some more of his music in the following months, he proved to be an artist who truly has something new to bring to the table.
