Flipping the classic Ice Cube track “Check Yo Self”, KingMostWanted delivers his interpretation of 90s West Coast rap. What makes this song impressive is that King wasn’t even alive in the 90s and is still able to balance both current and classic music despite being only 20. However, the Cali native isn’t like most 20-year-olds.
Before music, King was in and out of jail since the age of 12. However, when a prison guard told him that he had a gift for rapping, King decided to devote weekends to his craft. Weekend cook-ups with his manager Ocho led to him making music daily and since then, he hasn’t lifted his foot off the gas pedal.
Since then, KingMostWanted has catapulted to the top of the Cali rap scene with the help of artists like MCM Raymond, AzChike, Mike Sherm, and many others.
