This weekend at the fourth annual Governors Ball festival, OutKast was amongst many of the guest that attended this years festival. While chopping it up with HipHopWired, 3K spoke off-camera to announce that he is in fact working on another solo project. Who knows if it’s true or not, but just cross your damn fingers and pray!
