Shrouded in Mystique Callum Sheehan Drops “Chimera”

I was actually put onto Callum Sheehan by Daily Chiefers’ very own Brick. However, on the first listen of “Chimera,” I’ve been hooked. This bouncy sample-based track nostalgically brings me back to James Blake’s older work. Although it is reminiscent of that, Callum has reinvented this sound and added his own signature style to this record. The vocal shifting on the main run is satisfying, and I could listen to it all day long.

The verses are astounding as well and add depth to the track. Featured on this record are Aftertaste and Julien Sword,  who bring their unique sounds to each of their verses, giving various styles on the song, yet manage to keep it cohesive. This seems like only the beginning for these three musicians and if this is the start, I can’t wait to see where they go!
