1990BISHOP is a Virginia artist that is disgustingly slept on. He’s been dropping gems for quite some time now and first caught my eye with his banger of a track titled, “WHAT HE ON?!” almost a year ago. Today, the young up and comer graces the Chiefer’s pages for a second time with a new 7-track project titled, “Sound Party: Circa 2019,” and the title says it all.
