Rahn Harper is one of the best out right now. His voice is just so smooth, and could seriously either put me to sleep or turn me up. Originally from Chicago, Rahn Harper really broke out with his collaborative song with Pink Slip entitled “Panama City Beach,” which currently sits at just under 1.3 million plays on Spotify.
