Stemming from a incident in 2009, 50 Cent has been ordered by the courts to pay Rick Ross’ former baby mama, Lastonia Leviston, $5 million, the same day 50 files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy according to the Wall Street Journal.
The $5 million payout comes from a leaked sex tape of Rozay’s baby’s mother and her boyfriend, which was digitally edited to includea voice over from 50 Cent. After that surfaced, Leviston filed against 50 claiming emotional distress and invasion of privacy. According to U.S. News today, the jury’s verdict resulted in Leviston being awarded $5 million from 50 cent.
