Life is nuts, bro.
The other day, I was at the studio with a couple good friends of mine, and I met this dude who off bucks was mad cool. I knew he did something with music, and even after I mentioned that I do music writing as well as A&R, I was surprised he didn’t try and give me a mixtape link or get me to follow him on Twitter or anything. Genuine people spark my intrigue, and so I struck up a conversation about his music with him. Not long after, we threw him the aux and dude played us a couple tracks off of his Blossoms EP. I was pleasantly surprised as the intricacy and layers that he put into the two tracks alone, not to mention those joints were hittin’.
At just 20 years old, Randy Maxter is definitely one of my lowkey favorites right now, and I’m excited for what he has coming down the line. For now, listen to his well-done Blossoms EP below and enjoy!
