Submissions. Most are awful, filling my inbox in with nothing but trash, but every once in a while I get one that blows me away, and makes me happy that I took the time to sift through all that trash. This is one of those. A diamond in the rough. This one, titled “ALONE,” comes from Pennsylvania upstart Achill who, until today, was virtually unknown — at least by me — and will now be getting frequent SoundCloud visits. Featuring Martin $ky, who makes frequent appearances here on DC, this track’s ominous production mixed with the two MC’s flow makes for one hell of a track. Peep it below. You won’t be disappointed.
