It’s been well over a year since J. Cole released his 2014 Forest Hills Drive album to the masses. BUT, it looks like the drought is over. Over the weekend, BBC Radio 1Xtra’s DJ Semtex counted down his top 5 emcees at the moment, which included North Carolina buzzmaker J. Cole.
