Each artist has been extremely consistent lately, delivering quality record after quality record, each one better than the last. On “Special,” they make for a pretty knockout combo over the menacing production from Plu2o Nash and Mayhem Meech, who lace the Chi-town duo with a tailor-made soundscape perfect for their respective styles.
