Kevin Abstract is seriously one of my favorite people on the planet. He’s so, I don’t really know how to describe it, but I love him. He just dropped his video for “Empty,” and I’m a fan. The aesthetic of this video is ON FUCKING POINT. Kevin, if you’re reading this, thank you so much for making music and just being a generally amazing.
I love how this whole video was shot in really skinny widescreen, it’s different and really cool. This music video has the aesthetic of the movie Juno and Little Miss Sunshine for me, and I fuck with that heavily. Check out “Empty” above.
