You don’t hear this type of hip-hop very often. It’s a HUGE genre bender between hardcore music and hip-hop music, and that is totally something I can get behind as a self proclaimed hip-hop head and former hardcore kid. This project will in fact, melt your fucking face off. He switches it up in the Charlie Shuffler produced “Ego Death,” however, going more towards the melody-based hip-hop style that he uses in many other songs of his.
