Welp, it looks like Chicago rapper Vic Mensa ran into some legal trouble last week. While out in California recently, Vic Mensa was arrested on a felony charge for carrying a concealed weapon in California. Although Vic alerted the officers that he had a weapon in his possession, he didn’t have an open carry permit that was valid in the state of California. Vic was released on $35,000 bail.
