If you haven’t heard these new records from Lil Thuey titled “Someone Else” and “Fool For You,” then you are sincerely fucking up. These tracks are emo as shit, which is what I love about this new wave of underground music. The ability to be free to create a new sound and still manage to do it amazingly is a skill much overlooked, and Lil Thuey is one of those overlooked artists in my opinion.
