Winnipeg musician smrtdeath just dropped off an incredible new piece of art in the visual for one of his best songs, “I Just Die.” When I say that his team is dedicated to the cause of seeing smrtdeath glow up, I mean it. This visual was shot by Mouthsore and Patrick Bateman, edited by AudioOpera and Mouthsore, with special effect from Wolfdrawn. This insane team of people have brought together one of my favorite visuals to date, from the stirring of soup with a fucking handgun, to making it rain with oddly colorful Canadian money. I don’t think that there is one dull moment in this video, especially since smrtdeath’s attitude is so nonchalant, yet a little bit crazy.
