Chelsea, NY native YL just dropped off a fresh new cut titled “Not Today.” YL brings the crazy bars on this one. The smooth piano laced production from YL’s in house Roper Williams lends itself to Y’s seamless wordplay and double entendres. He eases into the hook and then comes way harder on the second verse. One of the great thing about YL is, being that he’s also a talented producer, he truly understands song structure, and that is evident in his music.
