Check out the latest video from London MC Loyle Carner for his track, “Sun Of Jean.” The song is taken from Carner’s debut album, Yesterday’s Gone, that dropped earlier this year. Very simply, the track is an ode from a boy to his mum. It’s truly touching, and the video, directed by Joao Retorta, really embodies everything that the track is about. It includes a bunch of footage of sons and mothers enjoying time together and at the end features a spoken word from Loyle’s own mother. It further solidifies why Loyle Carner is easily one of the most thoughtful and intriguing MC’s coming out of the UK right now. If you find yourself in Europe this fall, be sure to cop tickets for his upcoming tour here.
