Houston has been a surging hub for talent in 2017, and we’ve found yet another emerging artist in Don Toliver. Today, Toliver makes his Chiefers debut with his buzzing single titled “Diva,” which has been the topic across Houston as he continues to receive support from some of the biggest names in the city, including DJ Mr Rogers of 93.7 the Beat and 97.9 the Box, the two dominant radio stations in Houston.
