Rising New York rapper BurnKas has been making some noise on our pages, and today he continues his kill streak with another hard record for the fans. The single is titled “Tic Tac Toe,” and features menacing production that was done by DC favorite Purpdogg, accompanying Kas’ raspy vocals like Peanut Butter and Jelly.
