Formerly known as Thy Neighbors, the Chicago bred band, Ten Toes Down, is back and better than ever with a brand new EP titled HOWL, that touches on experiences coming to a close, and wondering what moments or feelings will persevere afterwards. Through a genre blending musical journey, Ten Toes Down makes you ponder about love and life, and what happens when these beautiful feelings come to an end. In the span of only four tracks, we get contemplating raps from Ethos, groovy bass lines from Ramon “MoMoney” Monie, wanderlust crooning and guitar chords courtesy of Chucky Ar La, and last but not least-rocking percussion skills from James the Drummer. Tasha makes a memorable feature on the cosmic closing track “Outer Space People” bringing the EP about endings to a proper end. 10 Toes Down accomplished something incredible with this project; they produced an indie rock album loaded with poetry and angst, while staying true to their Chicago roots making them one of the most accessible rock bands coming from the city at the moment, don’t waste another second and hit play on HOWL below! Recorded and mixed by Jasper MacRae and mastered by Lucas Messore.
