NYC based rapper Zoe Cartier returns with a crisp new track and visual titled, “Foul.” Zoe linked up with Lord Fubu for the breezy production on the single, and esteemed DMV director Richy Guzman for the visual treatment. Zoe took the trip back to her hometown of D.C. for the video which pictures her cruising through Chinatown rapping the track and smoking gas.
