DP Beats recruits Playboi Carti for a smooth new single titled, “Check.” This is the first time we’ve heard anything from Carti since the release of his album, Die Lit, and even though the song was leaked earlier this year, DP still had to do it justice with an official high quality release, and boy am I happy he did. The song is structured pretty uniquely, with a lot of instrumental playing after only a single Carti verse. Maybe there was supposed to be a feature? Maybe DP is waiting for someone to hop on a remix? Only time will tell, but one thing for sure is that this song slaps and goes right into my weekly rotation. Check out the new single below.
