Perth, Austrailia is home to Kid Glo, a charmismatic rapper from down under with talent destroying the status quo. Yes, this is heavily auto-tuned 2018 melodic rap, but this kid can write some hits. Especially when you only drop off four songs, you have to make sure those are strong enough for the people to rock with the wave. Even with the pitch-correction Glo brings strong emotions to the table and he knows how to ride each beat. With production from Thziswavy, Xtravulous, Young Taylor, Cashmoney AP and Oscar100, the drip from behind the boards isn’t lacking by any means. “Girlfriend” featuring Whyfye is the standout, but this whole thing really rides. Good work Glo, we hope to hear some more heat in the future.
