You should get familiar with this buzzing Los Angeles upstart who’s making some serious noise in the underground. Kalan.frfr is an intriguing artist rising out of the West Coast’s underground scene, and flexes an impeccable set of flows and charisma on this 9-track compilation titled, “TwoFr.” Kalan’s sound reminds me of a younger sounding, more refined 03 Greedo, and that’s not taking from either artist, if anything it’s highlighting the return of the traditional West Coast sound and style back into the mainstream. Check out this dope project below, and I’m sure this won’t be the last you hear of this talented rapper.
