Closed Sessions’ artists, Kweku Collins and Ajani Jones, bring together one of the best songs of 2018. With a melodic approach to the song, the two Midwestern emcees simply body this song. While Kweku adopts a more overall songful for the track, resulting in a hypnotic effect, Ajani comes in with heavier rap style that breaks up the pace nicely. Both pulling out all of the stops and giving us some of their best performances yet, it’s easy to see the strength of these young artists and the entire roster of the burgeoning Chicago based label.
