This kid is making stellar sounds while waiting patiently for his time to arrive. Joei Razook is a Dayton, Ohio-native who currently lives in LA. Though his move may have been recent to the West coast, his wave continues to brew under-the-radar. Riverkinn blessed Joei with some unhinged production that can’t be touched by anything in recent memory, and Razook delivers a passionate opus to our ears. In a near falsetto register, Razook croons about heartache and escaping the demons of a lost love. It’s beautiful to see an artist lay it all on the line and give the public such a personal glimpse into their world.
