Columbus artist Major Zoe has crept in the shadows of Ohio for a few years now, but his album 1804 is a glorious introduction to what this man can do. With features from Hip-Hop heavyweights 24hrs and Trippie Redd, Zoe shows he can stand strong among industry hitmakers. But it’s the solo cuts like “Spilled Lean” and “With Me” that are feel-good unforgettable heaters with energy. A personal favorite from this project is “Coup Out” produced by fellow Ohio-native Tronmusic. Tron curates a zesty bounce for Zoe to flaunt his melodic ability and let me tell you this one will be stuck in your head all day.
