Sleepy Hallow is one of New York’s most promising acts. He’s been making quite a name for himself lately, becoming more and more familiar to the mass market. He’s back today with a new track called “Deep End”, which has accumulated 50k likes on SoundCloud and is the number one record on the New & Hot chart in less than a week.
Over a tasteful sample saying “I don’t think you want to go off the deep end”, Sleepy Hallow did what he does best. He’s got a true Brooklyn sound, which he shows off with a strong vocal presence. His voice is tough, clear and very New York. It’s no surprise that he’s gotten such support from local Hip-Hop fans. In this new track, he’s raised the bar even higher for his fan’s anticipation of new music. He is known to spit on drill beats, and he’s got quite the list of successful tracks.
His collaborations with Sheff G are some of his best, but solo singles like this give him a platform to show off his talent more than any other way.
