Virginia is one of those hotbeds of talent that deserves an ample amount of attention and praise. “Taking Me Back For The Night” showcases so many variations of tones and stylistically this cut cannot be compared to anything out. Tommy starts things off with his cornucopia of vocal approaches and effects. The technicolor instrumentation will tantalize your senses from start to finish, so there’s not any time to lose interest.
Sækyi delivers some powerful bars and cleanses the pallet every few seconds with a differentiating approach. This young man is a brilliant songwriter and musician but just needs an extra spotlight shined on his greatness.
