To say that Baltimore artists have had a tough time breaking out of their scene is an understatement. With the exception of Shordie Shordie, artists from Bmore have bubbled but haven’t been able to capitalize off of their buzz.
However, A1 Beam‘s pensive bars and his taste for booming instrumentals cement him as one of the most exciting young talents in Baltimore.
“Many Men” and its accompanying video detail his come up from rags to riches. It’s only fitting that the video be shot in New York while Beam was visiting damn near every label imaginable. Check out the track below.
