Blvck Svm is a South Florida visionary who took his talents to Chicago. His sound is so effortless it should scare the competition and pairing with Pilotkid for the instrumentation only lengthens the gap. Jetsvm is seven cuts of precise styling, all with a brief narration of Svm‘s day-to-day. Boisterous raps of Culinary prowess and obscure, yet luxorious lifestyle hobbies are melded with Svm‘s soft tone. Though you shouldn’t be fooled, the wordplay is stellar every single time.
Svm shines stoically never leaving his throne on cuts like “komodobelt”, “pradaponcho”, and “cueto”. The wheelhouse of this EP flows seamlessly into the back end with “bassethound” yet again showcasing Pilotkid‘s diversification of kicks, snares, and other essential percussive elements.
