For some strange reason, Jay-Z decided to tweet more today than he has ever tweeted before. He answered a bunch of fan questions, and he’s probably still tweeting right now since he hasn’t been put in Twitter jail yet. One of his fans asked Jay about “DP3” which he replied that Guru and Just Blaze has the MP3, and also gave them the green light to drop it. Well, it looks like Guru wasted no time.
