The studio-dedicated Liferoot have been somewhat off the grid this summer. Poise paralleled by mystery, Liferoot have released only a few tracks since the pleasant Medihop this past April. But these sneak peaks to what Liferoot have been up to lead us to an evolved sound featuring cut up rap samples in their careful craft. Yesterday, Liferoot announced three separate shows where they will open for Govinda. Try and catch one of these shows, where we will be presented with what Liferoot has grown to be since his debut a few months ago. Progress in Liferoot’s sound has never been more obvious, surely the live display will be just as intriguing.
