Roc Nation singer, Boots releases a new cut which begins slow and dreary for the first three minutes and then picks up for the last minute or so of the track. Update: For some reason his last project on SoundCloud consists of this new cut “Mercy” repeated over and over again. Not sure what that’s all about.
