Earlier this month, Drake, 40 and Oliver went public to announce their newest addition to OVO Sound. After seeing success with past signees PARTYNEXTDOOR, Majid Jordan and The Weeknd, OVO strayed far from the norm with the signing of Atlanta’s iLOVEMakonnen.
While most know him from the popular Drake-assisted track “Tuesday,” Complex got a chance to sit-down with one of the rising emcee to talk about his sudden birth of fame. During the conversation, he discusses opening for the Drake & Lil Wayne, as well as his plans for next project.
