It’s been a long time since we’ve gotten a full project from G4shi, but today we’re gifted with his free album, 4Play. It’s void of many features or big name producers, but it is a very well-rounded body of work that features many aspects of the Albanian emcee’s creativity. He’s one of my personal favorites right now, and this project is a prime example as to why. G4shi can come with bars just as easily as he can tell a story or sing a hook, and he also plays a part in his production too. He may not produce every track, but he often picks out the samples or direction of beats, as he’s told me in a previous interview. There’s something for everyone on this album, and you should give it a spin.
