Three years ago, we first heard the Flatbush emcee Joey Bada$$ via his first mixtape, 1999. After that made huge waves, Joey went on the relative low, low, only producing small EP’s, features, and mixtapes.
Today, he celebrates the official major debut release of his B4.DA.$$ LP. The tape features Kirk Knight, Chuck Strangers, BJ the Chicago Kid, Action Bronson, Elle Varner and Raury – the 15-track effort has production from J. Dilla, The Roots, Hit-Boy, Statik Selektah, DJ Premier, Chuck Strangers and much more.
