Late last night, Long Beach emcee, Snoop Dogg, posted a picture of himself and Kendrick Lamar in a studio together, with the caption “Work. !! K. Dot.” For those that don’t know, K. Dot was Kendrick Lamar’s first rap name.
Snoop Dogg has co-signed Kendrick in the past, even going as far as to say that Kendrick is the next heir to the throne as far as the west coast goes, solidifying his spot as the leader of the new school.
Could this be a new record? Of course, K. Dot is no stranger to working with rap veterans. Anyways, as we await Kendrick’s forthcoming album, let me know what you think this collabo would sound like.
UPDATE: Yup, not only was Kendrick Lamar and Snoop Dogg spotted together, now the rumor is that the two are joined by legendary producer/musician Terrace Martin as well. This just keeps getting better, we’ll keep you updated if any more information comes available. Roll up!
