Last week, Bobby Shmurda reportedly posted his $2 million bail –that consisted of multiple gun charges. Tpday, however; his bail package has been officially withdrawn, causing the NYC rapper reapply for the consideration. It was originally secured according to his lawyer, Kenneth J. Montgomery, but now the New York Times are saying that bail being pulled.
Montgomery stated that the bail was backed by “management associates.” Stating: “We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out,” in a statement to the New York Times. His lawyer also had this to say: “We’re hoping to get it done within the next week.”
