As it was previously reported, the industry giant Apple was treating tech companies that develop marijuana-related apps pretty terrible. So terrible that those very developers started a petition –and won.

The weed tech company MassRoots, a social network for cannabis aficionados, was responsible for starting the petition after their popular weed app was banned from being sold in Apple’s App Store because they don’t sell “apps that encourage excessive consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.”

But you encourage people to download the Kim Kardashian app? Get the fuck out of here, Apple.

Anyways, Apple has decided to reverse their ways Thursday night by making MassRoots available on the iOS App Store after being taken off the site for over three months.

The reason why the app was overturned: MassRoots made an agreement with the Apple to add a geo-restricting ability that would only make the app available for download in the 23 states that have legalized marijuana consumption for medical purposes.

Weed is forever Apple, stop trying to fuck it all up.
