It looks as if a group of sheriffs and prosecutors from Colorado are getting all prissy over the legalized marijuana consumption for adults in the Rocky Mountain State — THEY CAN’T STOP THE WAVE.

Anyways, the said group of like-minded representatives believe that the passing of Amendment 64, which legalized the consumption of marijuana for those age 21 and older, causes the law enforcement officials to choose between the state and federal constitutions –which is causing “confusion,” aka some bullshit.

According to Chad Day, sheriff of Colorado’s Yuma County, this is was he had to say Thursday:

I, my deputies and all of law enforcement in Colorado that are subject to the oath both to the United States and to the state of Colorado are in an untenable position.

Along with that bullshit, Sheriff Mark Overman claims that Amendment 64 has caused an increase in marijuana-related arrests, like holy fuck that makes no fuckin’ sense.

His retarded gripe included:

In many cases, we are forced away from some of what we normally do because we are having to deal with Colorado-sourced marijuana.

Okay, Mark let’s just keep cigarettes legal and killing the youth, that makes PERFECT sense. Fuckin’ faggot.

On a more serious note, it seems that the neighboring states of Kansas and Nebraska could make it a lot easier and without any delay, which is always a good thing for us. In the meantime, we’ll be screaming FUCK ‘EM.
