It’s hard to believe that it’s been over 2 years since we’ve gotten any kind of project from Kendrick Lamar, but alas the time has come! In exactly 12 day (March 23rd), we will fianlly be getting Kendrick’s forthcoming full-length album LP titled To Pimp A Butterfly.
After months of anticipation, Kendrick Lamar — or probably some rep that actually runs the account — went to Instagram to post the album’s artwork. The album in the picture seems to go along with the theme of his second single “The Blacker The Berry,” which is directed towards African American’s living today’s culture. Bring on the new Kendrick!
