Back in February Hot 97 threw ‘The Tip-Off’ during NBA All-Star Weekend hosted by Puffy and Snoop Dogg. The concert featured Dr. Dre, Nas, The LOX, Busta Rhymes, Lil Kim, A$AP Ferg, 2 Chainz, 112, and Kanye West — making it one epic event.
