Kendrick Lamar’s second full-length album To Pimp A Butterfly has obviously been the talk of hip-hop for a few months now. But now, we see the second negative story within a month for the Compton rapper — the first being Fox News’ bitch ass story about his BET Performance.
The issue you ask? Kendrick’s “The Blacker The Berry” artwork. It turns out the photographer of the photo, Giordano Cipriani, says the picture was taken without his permission. As you can expect, he has decided to take legal action, filing a lawsuit against Kendrick, Top Dawg Entertainment, Interscope, and Aftermath, seeking $150,000.
