The edgy juxtaposition to city peers the likes of Macklemore in Seattle, “Plottin” paints a darker and more dramatic picture of the realities seen in the Pacific Northwest metropolis. Always an articular story teller with the ability to hopscotch between cadences for proper effect, Simone continues to carve out a noticeable fast lane to the short list of rappers you need to invest time into right now.
